Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
The Conner Touchdown Club ("we," "our," or "the Club") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using connertouchdown.org, you agree to the practices described below.
Who we are
The Conner Touchdown Club is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting Conner High School football in Hebron, Kentucky. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us.
From our contact form: When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the topic you selected, and the message you wrote.
From payments: When you reserve VIP seating or make a donation, payment is processed by Square, a third-party payment processor. Square collects your name, billing details, and payment information directly — we never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or full account details. Square's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
Automatically: Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects basic technical information about visits (such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location, and time of visit) for site performance and analytics. We may use this aggregate data to understand which pages are useful, but we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
We do not knowingly collect any other personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your questions and messages
- Process your VIP seat reservations and donations
- Send you confirmation of any purchase or contribution
- Acknowledge sponsors who have agreed to be recognized
- Send you Club updates if you have specifically asked to receive them
We do not use your information for any other purpose.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Ever.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or marketers.
- We do not send unsolicited email. If we ever offer a newsletter, you will need to opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We do not store payment card information. Square handles all of that on secure, PCI-compliant servers.
Who handles your information
The Club uses these service providers to operate our website, process payments, and communicate with you. They store information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy practices:
- Squarespace — hosts our website and stores contact form submissions. See squarespace.com/privacy
- Square — processes all payments and stores transaction records. We do not see or store your card details. See squareup.com/legal/privacy
- Fastmail — hosts our email inboxes. See fastmail.com/about/privacy
We do not transfer your information to any other party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or court order).
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are standard for Squarespace-hosted sites. These help the site function properly and provide basic analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site, but some features may behave differently.
Your choices
You can ask us about, or ask us to delete, any information the Club holds about you. Here's what we can and can't do for each system:
To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including using reputable service providers (Squarespace, Square, Fastmail) that maintain industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
