The Conner Touchdown Club ("we," "our," or "the Club"), a program of Conner High School Athletic Boosters, Inc., respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
The Conner Touchdown Club is a booster program supporting Conner High School football. The Club operates under Conner High School Athletic Boosters, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You can reach us anytime at info@connertouchdown.org.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us.
- Contact and volunteer forms: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the topic or volunteer roles you choose and your message.
- Email updates: your email address, your first name if you give it, when and where you signed up (this site, conner.football, or the VIP reservation form) and whether you've unsubscribed. You join the list by signing up on connertouchdown.org or conner.football, or by reserving VIP seats with the email updates box left ticked.
- VIP reservation form: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), how you'd like to be listed on our Supporters page, any requests or dedications, and whether you want email updates (the box is ticked unless you untick it).
- Payments: VIP seating and donations are paid through Square. Square collects your name, billing details and payment information directly. We never see or store your card number.
- Automatically: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information about visits (such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are most useful; it uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We use only aggregate counts, never to identify individual visitors. When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser to stop spam, and we keep a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for 24 hours to block repeated submissions.
- Fan shop links: links from our sites to the Cougar fan shop on Koch Sports pass through connertouchdown.org so we can count how many times each link and item is tapped. We record only daily totals (which page, which item, how many taps), never who tapped, and we delete those totals after one year. What you do on Koch Sports' store, including your order, is handled by Koch Sports under their own privacy policy.
Our email updates
- What we send: Conner football and Touchdown Club news (schedules, VIP seat openings, new fan gear and ways to help), a few times a season and when something big is happening. When you join, you get one "Welcome to the huddle" email.
- How it's sent: each person gets their own copy from mail@connertouchdown.org, a send-only address. Replies to it aren't read, so please write to info@connertouchdown.org or use our contact form instead. We keep a record of which updates went to which address so no one gets the same email twice.
- Unsubscribing: every email has an Unsubscribe link. It opens connertouchdown.org/unsubscribe with your address already filled in, so it's one tap. (The address travels in the part of the link after "#", which your browser doesn't send to our server.) You can also unsubscribe there anytime by typing your address. We keep your address marked as unsubscribed so we don't email you again; to have it erased completely, email us.
- We never buy, rent or share email lists.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and messages
- To process your VIP seat reservation and list you on our Supporters page the way you choose (or not at all, if you ask to stay anonymous)
- To acknowledge sponsors who have agreed to be recognized
- To send you Club email updates if you sign up for them, or if you reserve VIP seats and leave the email updates box ticked
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Ever.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or marketers.
- We do not buy, rent or share email lists, and we only email people who signed up or reserved VIP seats with the email updates box ticked. Every update email has a one-tap unsubscribe.
- We do not store payment card information.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who handles your information
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps a backup copy of form submissions in the Club's private account. We keep that backup so nothing you send us is lost; we'll delete your entries on request. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google stores form submissions, the email updates list and the fan shop tap counts in a private Google Sheet shared only with Club officers. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Square processes all payments and stores transaction records. See squareup.com/legal/privacy.
- Fastmail hosts our email and sends our email updates; contact and VIP form submissions are also emailed to our inbox. See fastmail.com/about/privacy.
- Koch Sports runs the Cougar fan shop store and handles fan shop orders and payments. We don't receive your order or payment details.
We may disclose information if required by law, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
Your choices
- Form submissions and email: we can show you what you've sent us and delete it on request.
- Payment records: Conner High School Athletic Boosters, Inc. is legally required to keep donation and transaction records for tax and nonprofit reporting, typically for seven years, so we can't delete those during that time. To remove your customer profile from Square's own systems, contact Square directly.
- Email updates: unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email or at connertouchdown.org/unsubscribe, or email us and we'll take you off.

Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to form submissions to Club officers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
